1. Processing time
Usually shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

2. Delivery Time:
Expedited Shipping(FedEx/DHL):To USA/Canada 3-5 working days, to other countries 3-8 working days.
Expedited shipping by UPS: 4-7 working days.
Free shipping(USPS/Other expresses): To USA/Canada 7-10 working days, to other countries 7-15 working days.

This is normal condition , but sometimes int'l delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties.

3. Shipping Charge
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and country. Different products and addresses will have different shipping charges. You can view it on the shopping cart page.

4. Eligible conditions for the free shipping policy: US/Canada, orders over $15.00 can enjoy free shipping.

WDPART offer 30-day guarantee on receipt, which means you can request a return within 30 days after your ordered. WDPART must be informed of any return requests within 30 days of the date the customer placing the order. For Warranty products (Replacement parts only.Original parts are of no return) returns follow instructions.

3.After we receiving the return and checking the package that there is no problem,we will resend the order or make refund.

Refund processing time:
We will issue a refund within 1-3 working days after confirming receipt of the return package.
1. Refund via Paypal will be received within 1-2 days.
2. Credit card refunds will be received within 5 days. (We will send you a refund voucher, the specific processing time is subject to the bank)
